El año de las emociones is a video podcast in which we turn to the past to understand how we experience emotions in the present. A space created to understand together why we feel what we feel. Each episode is devoted to one of the six basic emotions: joy, sadness, fear, disgust, anger and surprise.
In each episode, two guests unpack a basic emotion and suggest a year in history that they believe best represents the emotion assigned to them. From there, we decipher the episode’s central emotion in a different and entertaining way. An unpredictable conversation in which science joins forces with history, psychology, sociology, philosophy and culture.
