Farid (Hamza Zaidi), a young migrant in Spain, launches a community radio programme in the hope of connecting with his neighbourhood. At first, no one listens, but with the support of Rosalía (Mariana Cordero), a retired journalist, his voice begins to resonate. Soon, the radio becomes a bridge between neighbours, overcoming loneliness and building community.
‘A solas con Farid’ is a story produced for the Red Cross that aims to raise awareness of unwanted loneliness and how building community can help us combat it.
