Synopsis

The documentary ANATOMIA DE UN DANDY portrays one of the most important journalists and writers in the Spanish language: Francisco Umbral. Through exhaustive research, the filmmakers gained access for the first time to documents such as cassette tapes containing intimate, never-before-heard interviews that reveal a new dimension of the man. The film also features valuable testimony from the writer’s widow, friends and professional colleagues, shedding light on some of the least-known aspects of his life.
